These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the nutristar platform. By registering an account and using any service on nutristar, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out below. Please take the time to go through all sections before you play.

One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one registered account on nutristar. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names for the same person — are not permitted and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

PHP Transactions Only

All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and payouts on nutristar are denominated in Philippine Peso. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, mobile banking, and bank transfer. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted.

Bonus Terms Apply

All promotional offers on nutristar are subject to specific terms, including turnover requirements, eligible game types, minimum PHP deposit amounts, and expiry dates. These conditions are displayed in full before you opt in to any promotion.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your nutristar login credentials secure. nutristar uses SSL encryption and OTP verification to protect accounts, but you must not share your password with any third party. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.

1 Acceptance of Terms

To register and use nutristar, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You must be a resident of or accessing the platform from the Philippines.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number.
  • You must not already hold an active nutristar account. Only one account per person is permitted.
  • You must not be using a VPN, proxy, or any tool intended to disguise your actual location.
Important: nutristar requires identity verification (KYC) before processing a player's first withdrawal. This includes submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID. Accounts that cannot be verified will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until the required documents are provided.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your nutristar account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any changes made to account settings. nutristar cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

Your Security Obligations

  • Choose a strong, unique password for your nutristar account and do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
  • Do not share your username, password, or OTP with any other person under any circumstances.
  • Log out of your account when accessing nutristar from a shared or public device.
  • Contact nutristar support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

nutristar applies SSL encryption across the entire platform and uses OTP verification via your registered Philippine mobile number as an additional layer of account protection. These security measures are active at all times, but they do not replace your personal responsibility to keep your account credentials private.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on nutristar — including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and game payouts — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion at any stage of a transaction.

Accepted Deposit Methods

  • GCash — Philippine e-wallet, subject to GCash transaction limits set by your GCash account tier.
  • Maya — Philippine e-wallet, subject to Maya account limits.
  • Philippine online banking and mobile banking — via your registered Philippine bank account.
  • Bank transfer — direct transfer from a Philippine bank account to the nutristar payment account.
Not accepted: Credit cards, debit cards issued outside the Philippines, and cryptocurrency or any digital asset are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on nutristar under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the nutristar account. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. nutristar processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received, and processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of pending requests. You will be notified via your registered account when a withdrawal has been processed.

nutristar reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if there is a reasonable basis to do so, including for the purposes of fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, or account verification.

5 Promotions and Bonuses

nutristar offers promotions across its sports betting, live casino, slots, and eBingo sections. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published in full on the relevant promotion page before you opt in. These terms include, but are not limited to:

  • Minimum PHP deposit amount required to qualify
  • Turnover or wagering requirements before bonus funds can be withdrawn
  • Eligible game types and bet types that contribute to turnover requirements
  • Expiry date of the bonus and any associated free spins or bonus credits
  • Maximum withdrawal limit applicable to winnings derived from a bonus
Claiming a bonus is always optional. Declining an offer has no effect on your ability to play at standard PHP stakes or access any feature of the nutristar platform. Once a bonus has been accepted, the applicable terms become binding and cannot be waived.

nutristar does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any given time. Promotional offers may be added, modified, or withdrawn at any time. Any active bonus credited to your account at the time of a promotion change remains subject to the terms that were in place when you opted in.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and games on nutristar are subject to the specific rules published for each game type and betting market. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing a bet or joining a game. General conditions that apply across all categories include:

  • All bets are final once confirmed. Placed bets cannot be cancelled except where the specific rules of a market explicitly allow it.
  • nutristar reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or where there is evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting activity.
  • Winnings from sports betting markets are calculated based on the final official result of the relevant event. Settlement times may vary depending on the event and the governing body responsible for confirming the result.
  • Live casino, slots, and eBingo outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live game mechanics. nutristar does not manipulate game outcomes.
  • In the event of a technical disruption mid-game, nutristar will apply the rules specific to that game type to determine how the round is resolved.

7 Responsible Gaming

nutristar is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Online betting and gaming involve real financial risk. There is no guaranteed outcome in any betting or gaming activity on this platform, and no strategy can remove or reliably reduce that risk.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all nutristar account holders at any time through the account dashboard:

  • Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit cap on your account.
  • Session time reminders — receive a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
  • Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently suspend your account from all gaming activity.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nutristar platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended, any pending withdrawals withheld, and any balance forfeited, at nutristar's sole discretion:

  • Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different name or identity.
  • Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
  • Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform in place of genuine manual play.
  • Exploiting pricing errors, software bugs, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Participating in any form of match fixing, collusion, or coordinated manipulation of game or betting outcomes.
  • Using funds sourced from illegal activity to make deposits or wagers on the platform.
  • Attempting to abuse promotional offers through bonus arbitrage, multiple account strategies, or any other method not consistent with genuine recreational play.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

nutristar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time if there is a reasonable basis to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or where required to do so for regulatory, fraud prevention, or security reasons.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal conditions set out in Section 4.

10 Limitation of Liability

nutristar provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain consistent uptime and system reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nutristar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical faults, connectivity issues, delays in payment processing, or any action taken by nutristar in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

11 Privacy and Data

nutristar collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, payment processing, identity verification, and platform security. The full details of how your data is collected, stored, used, and protected are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with nutristar.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the nutristar platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
